What is the functionality of Rapid Support? An overview:

  • It links products to customers, so that you know exactly what products your customer uses, and at what time he contacts you;
  • It registers incoming calls via established procedures;
  • It enables your support-employees to assign a call to an expert at once in case this employee cannot find a solution right away; via the built-in mail-function the expert gets an overview of the problem and all the steps that have already been taken;
  • using the overview screen you can see at a single glance what employee is responsible for dealing with a call, when the last action was performed and how long a call has been open already;
  • both your internal employees and workers in the field always and everywhere have access to the system via the standard internet browsers; just through the internal network or through a secured internet connection;
  • it enables you to continuously trace calls from the moment of registration through the automatically added call-number;
  • in every overview it shows the duration and status of the call;
  • the built-in timer automatically keeps count of the time your employees spend on a call;
  • the automatic data bank couples problems with solutions; this way you will build up your own reference work, making it easy for you to retrieve solutions;
  • you can consult the data bank in various ways: for instance you can search by catchwords, products or customer’s references;
  • with Rapid Support you can easily draw up your own reports; with this you will get the information you want, presented the way you want it;
  • it is simple to integrate into other systems such as Microsoft Portal Server, because a standard programming is employed without exotic adjustments;
  • it can easily be adapted to your wishes, so that this programme fits your management even better; the computerization adapts itself to you, not the other way round
